Appointment Cancellation Guidelines
We kindly ask all clients to respect our 24-hour cancellation policy, which applies to all forms of bookings.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you fail to notify us within this time, your appointment will be forfeited, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Clients arriving 15 minutes late without informing us may lose their appointment or be charged in full. In some cases, treatments may still be carried out but could be shortened due to time constraints. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Gift Vouchers And Prepaid Packages
All gift vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a full or partial deduction from your voucher or package balance, depending on the value of the missed service. This applies to all treatments. We kindly recommend booking and attending appointments within the validity period to make the most of your purchase and enjoy your nail extensions or waxing sessions without disruption.
Aftercare Services
If you experience any issues with your nails or treatment within three days of your appointment, please contact us by emailing thenailstation@live.co.uk along with a clear photo of the affected area. We will gladly offer a free touch-up on the affected nails within three days of your original appointment. After this period, a small fee will apply — please refer to our price list for details.

At Nailstation, we value and respect every client’s time and comfort, and we kindly ask for the same courtesy in return. We strive to maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment for all clients.
Please note that rude or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service in such cases. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive atmosphere for everyone.
